Account Manager/Sales Consultant

client partnerships through high-level selling.
The Account Manager/Sales Consultant functions is a multi-faceted role, servicing a
single or select few major clients. We are the focal point for all business activity,
developing and maintaining close relationships with all hiring managers, project
leaders, HR, and corporate level executives.
Internally, the Account Manager oversees all activity related to his or her accounts.
He/She teams closely with each Resourcer to help identify and market qualified
candidates to the hiring managers. In addition, the Resourcer is trained to act as an
additional point of contact for the client when the Account Manager is on site for
