What type of training programs do you have for employees?
Segula's Training Group provide tailored 1 month orientation programs for all new staff from those with no industry experience to sales and resource managers with years in the business. The Group and your manager will work with you to design and provide training that helps you reach your goals.  We provide specially designed modules for every aspect of the industry and is always building upon its offerings.  These offerings are numerous and diverse ranging from training on the SARAH applicant tracking system, on our Service Delivery Methodology to modules on Proactive Recruiting, Consultative Selling, and many more.
