What does your screening process consist of?
Each candidate presented by Segula is fully screened, interviewed and a minimum of two
supervisory references are taken and checked. Segula is also able to provide specific
technical testing, security, drug and background checks for clients in all industries,
especially defense and government.
What projects to you work on?
Within our vertical industries, Segula provides consulting resources with expertise
throughout the entire product development lifecycle (from conception through
maintenance) and throughout the multiple layers of technology from applications
through middleware, networking, and hardware.
What if Segula does not have an office in my area? Can you still help with my IT
and software engineering needs?
Segula's nationwide internal expertise cobined with our Virtual Recruiting nationwide
network, Segula is able to support technology intitiatives throughout North America.
Segula currently supplies clients with solutions through 9 offices strategically
placed offices in Massachusetts, Northern and Southern California, Pennsylvania,
Illinois, Texas, Arizona, and Colorado. Segula currently also supports initiatives
in Puerto Rico.
What if I only need a consultant for a short term?
Segula's specialty is to provide our clients with the most appropriate solution in as
expedient a manner as possible and still maintain the quality of service, however
short the assignment might be. So if the solution is for only a week, we are happy to
do what we do best.
How long does an consultant need to be on a project before I can hire them permanently?
You can change the status of a consultant on assignment with you at any time. However
we do suggest that you work with the consultant for three months before making that
critical hiring decision. At this time both you and the consultant are both sure of
the fit and the ability to do the role.
