Challenge:
When Wegmans Food Markets, an east coast chain with state of the art retail
locations in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, and
Virgina, began the development of their new Inventory Control System, the
Segula DSG was ready to go work. Hundreds of people needed to be trained
quickly and effectively on the new system.
Solution:
Segula is there to support Wegmans food Markets with their Inventory Control
System Training. Our Document Services Group (DSG) developed a Training
Program to address the various requirements of employees in multiple user
groups from Admistrators, down to receiving and stocking clerks.
Results:
As development on the application nears deployment, Wegmans Food Markets will
roll out this training confident that its employees will be ready to move over
to the new Inventory Control System quickly and efficiently.
