Xerox has spent the last 10 years and over 1 billion dollars developing their revolutionary iGen3 printing system. Xerox came to Segula for the added support needed to prepare for their iGen3 Digital High Speed Printer Installation launch.

Solution:

The Segula consultants supported Xerox throughout the development cycle. Our Document Services Group (DSG) analysts worked closely with Xerox Program Management to ensure the accuracy and field readiness of the Installation Procedures for this extremely large flagship product (the main processor weighs almost 2 tons and the whole system has modular configurations up to forty feet long!) With extreme attention paid to documenting every detail, from site survey to the final component installation positioning Xerox was assured a flawless operation.

Results:

Xerox met all of its installation objectives and the iGen3 Sales Force now approaches Xerox customers with the confidence that the product can, and will be, installed quickly, safely, and correctly. The three most important factors in a Customer purchase decision that can exceed one half million dollars.
